You told me that i needed a bigger chainsaw thn the 240e that i had set my heart on - you were absolutley right. You tld me I would want a bigger saw and you were right there too.That said, my new 440e has just completed 7 hours of hard labour and it is a superb, well built, well designed and well thoughout piece of kit. The 440 is probably perfect for anyone looking for a good all rounder for taking down middle sized trees and preparing firewood. would recommend husqvarna and your company to anyone looking for a great chainsaw and great service. I can only agree with a previous customer about the Husky 440e. I rang you for advice on the purchase of a 240e.
You suggested I needed a bigger saw and recommended the 440e.
I cut about 8 cu meters of oak each winter , and had wanted this upgrade from my Black & Decker electric saw.
WELL , I purchased a 440e , with free delivery , and some other freebies , and recently used it for the first time.
I am impressed , it sailed through tthe logs I had ready to cut in the barn {approx 6 inches in diameter}.
I love it ! Thanks for all your help , and a great product.

today I wrote you a mail with a big smile on my face, it comes
from the heart. The SAW arrived yesterday and today I do the first
work with the new saw. It is a great product with a very good quality. OK, I´m from Germany and I should buy a STIHL saw, and this new SAW from you is my first Husqvarna (before I have STIHL only), but in my point of view an excellent product very strong engine with a good engine torque,
better than STIHL.

Incidentally, bought a Husky chain saw from you a couple of years ago and
it's done everything your website said it would do. Had a Mac before that
and it wasn't even on the same planet as the Husky.

Just a note to say thank you for the excellent parts delivery service. Although only a small order couple of a couple of springs I can now get on with prunning the remaining 800 trees. I have tried for a month out here in france to find the parts but to no avail. Even the shop who supplied the saw could not help. So nice to arrive back in the uk to find the parts already
waiting for me.

I received my chainsaw today and I would just like to say thankyou for getting it to me before I had to go back to work.
I haven't had chance to run it yet but at least I know you have and that gives me piece of mind for when I do use it, hopefully tomorrow after work.
Thankyou for all the help and sorting the small gloves for me, everything is ok. I should be able to get all my logs done now in next to no time.
