Delivery Information

There is free delivery for all machines and orders over £100 to most addresses in mainland England, Wales and Scotland. The following postcodes for the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scilly Isles are excluded and will incur a delivery charge of £25. This will be added to the invoice when we despatch the goods. AB31-56, FK19-21, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-80, PH1-60, ZE, BT, IM and TR21-25. Scottish offshore islands (such as Isle of Skye) may incur an additonal cost depending on weight of parcel and we will contact you before processing your order. Isle of Wight parcels have a £10 surcharge.

Orders under £100.00 to any UK address will incur a standard charge of £6.99 post and packing.

We aim to get your goods to you within 2 or 3 days. (If for any reason there is likely to be a delay of more than 5 days we will get in touch with you.)

We use Royal Mail, Standard Parcels and carriers, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

Machines and large items are usually sent via a carrier, who deliver between 9 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. and require a signature on delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Saturday morning deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge, please ring us to arrange this on 01704 896246. If you wish to make alternative delivery arrangements (other than being delivered to the card holders address), please ring us on 01704 896246.

Please write 'unchecked' when you sign for the goods (unless you want to open the parcel and check the contents before signing), as the carriers may not accept responsibility for any damage in transit if goods were signed 'received in good condition'.

Deliveries to Europe and rest of the world. Shiping costs for most European countries are shown on the checkout page, but for countries not shown please email with details of goods wanted and destination country and we will quote for delivery.
